Weekend Wrap Up

Well this past weekend we house/baby sat for a sweet family we know from our old church and my school. They have an 8 and 16 year old so it made for a pretty easy weekend. We ate at Panera, saw Kung Fu Panda, swam at their country club pool and put things on the "tab". Yea, they have a "tab". Craziness.
The best part of the weekend came when we were standing outside with the little girl and Chris was trying to get some "fuzz" out of her hair. We soon found out that it wasn't "fuzz" but rather...HEAD LICE! Super! So I got to go to CVS and buy this kit and for almost 2 hours comb little lice buggies out of this girls hair. All the while she's playing her Nintendo DS and asking "Are you almost done?...Are you almost done?" I could tell this must have been a HUGE inconvenience for her. Let me tell you...it was joyous for me. Anyway, we are very thankful to be back in our (lice free) house and done with the babysitting for awhile.
